About Russell C. Enders

Russell C. Enders was a devoted father and a firm believer in the power of education and hard work. Throughout his life, he stood by his daughter Paula, encouraging her to pursue her dreams in a field traditionally dominated by men. His belief that women could thrive and have a strong presence in RV mechanics was a guiding force in Paula's journey, and it continues to inspire countless others.

Russell's commitment to gender equality and his support for Paula's ventures in the RV industry led to the creation of this scholarship. Eligibility Criteria:

Open to all individuals pursuing education in RV mechanics.
Applicants must demonstrate a passion for the RV industry and a commitment to a career as an RV mechanic.
Preference may be given to those who have shown leadership qualities or have overcome challenges in pursuing their education.

How to Apply:

Complete the online application form.
Submit a personal essay detailing your passion for RV mechanics and how the scholarship will help you achieve your career goals.

Provide two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your character and dedication to the field.
Application Deadlines:
