(Recommended every 12,000 miles or every year which ever comes first. Bearing pack inclides:ispection of brake pads, bearings , and magnets, clean and repakc wheel bearings ;adjust brake linings as needed; verify the operation of the electric brake magnets and break-away switch. 

 

Propane Inspection Services 

(Recommended annually to help ensure correct pressure and no leaks. Inspect regulators, and LP Tanks and hoses, lp detectors, conduct drop pressure test, complete a line pressure test.

Furnace Service

Perform annually opeation, clean main burner orfice, clean blower wheel, clean inspect and adjust electrode assy, test module board and inspect and clean board contacts, clean and inspect combustion chamber, inspect fan motor, clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casings, reassemble furnance using new gaskets , and test lines once installed back into the RV.

Water Heater Service

Check condition of the anode rod, check pressure relief valve, adjust burners and electrodes, check thermocouple, check module board, check complete operation, check burner assy remove nest bugs webs and mudd daubers.

Check zero clearence in refer compartment,refrigertor is properly vented and clean any debrit or nest from the vent clean and adjust orfice, inspect and test all door seals, check lp pressure and proper voltage, clean roof vent and check baffle.

Examine the shroud for cracks and damage , check compressor. voltage and amps, remove and clean a/c roof drains, check air temperature drop and split for correct performance.

Roof Preventative Maintenance

Manufacturer Recommends 2 times a year. Clean roof with specialized cleaning agents and apply uv blocking treatment to protect roof. Include Basic RV wash.
